Since 1881 the Herefordshire Light Infantry and its predecessors were part of the King’s Shropshire Light Infantry (KSLI) family. Following disbandments and amalgamations the KSLI family is today represented by The Rifles. 2018 Diary Dates
June and July The Museum will be open every Wednesday between 12 midday and 4 pm during June and July without the need for an appointment.
Saturday 16 June Museum Open Day. Museum will be open, without need for an appointment, between 10.00am and 3.00pm.
The medals and paperwork of Lt.Col. W.F.Chipp DSO* OBE MC ED, the most decorated member of the Herefordshire Regiment, recently acquired by the Museum will be on display.
Saturday 30 June Armed Forces Day, Leominster. Further details when known.
Saturday 8 September Heritage Open Day. Museum will be open, without need for an appointment, between 10.00am and 3.30pm.
Saturday 13 October Friends AGM and Lunch. Further details when known.
